Come to the Clergy Retreat (4/17-19) and Deanery Convocation (4/19-22) in Wrangell!St. Philip's is looking forward to hosting the 2012 Southeast Deanery Convocation, providing Wrangell hospitality. The featured speakers will be the Rev. Drs. Paula Sampson and Ian McKenzie from Vancouver School of Theology. They will lead us in discussing the ministry of Jesus in terms of social justice and ways that His tradition of action can be realistically implemented by our Deanery, with specific ways we can be of support to Native Ministry and those affected by economic problems. We hope to see many old friends, and make new ones.
